Monthly

One fee for the site and the care around it.

Static

Pages built to stay fast, with little to patch.

Yours

You keep the content, and a copy if you leave.

Local

A studio in Riverview, not a ticket queue.

How it works

Three steps, then we stay on it.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

A free consult. What you offer, who it’s for, and what the site needs to do. If we’re the wrong studio, we’ll say so.

  2. 02

    Review it in the browser

We design and build the pages, then you click through them before anything is public. Words and photos are still easy to change here.

  3. 03

Launch, then leave it with us

Hosting, SSL, backups, and content updates stay on the monthly plan. Send a new price or a fresh photo — or change the simple bits yourself.

The monthly plan

Everything the site needs, on one fee.

Design, launch, and the unglamorous work that keeps a site healthy. We don’t invent reviews, awards, or credentials — the facts come from you.

Custom design
Pages laid out for this business. Not a theme with the logo swapped in.
Hosting
Fast static hosting on the monthly plan, so there isn’t a second bill to remember.
SSL
HTTPS on your domain, renewed as part of care.
A smaller stack
Static pages and very little JavaScript. Fewer plugins, fewer Sunday-night security chores.
Backups
Copies of the site and the content, so a bad edit is recoverable.
Content updates
Prices, hours, photos, and seasonal notes, within the allowance on your plan.
Simple edits
On Business and Pro, change straightforward text and photos yourself. Layout changes still come through us.
Your content
Words and files you provide stay yours. If you leave, you can take a static copy of the site.

Why this, and not a builder

WordPress and DIY tools are fine. They’re a poor fit when you want the site off your desk.

Stay in a page builder if you enjoy tinkering. Choose a Pewter Pixel plan if you want finished pages and a person in Riverview who keeps them current.

Doing it yourself, a typical WordPress site, and a Pewter Pixel plan.

Questions

Before the consult.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Design and build, hosting, SSL, backups, care of the stack, and a set number of content updates each month. The pricing page is where the plans differ.

A domain name is separate. If you register one, you pay the registrar. We don’t add a markup, and we can point a domain you already own at the new site.

Is there a large setup fee?

The offer is a monthly plan, without a large invoice to get started. If a project needs something the plan doesn’t cover — a big catalog, a custom booking system, or far more pages — we price that in writing before any work starts.

Are the prices on this site final?

Not yet. The figures are realistic examples so you can see the shape of the offer. Your fee is the one written in a service agreement, confirmed on the consult, before paid work begins.

How is this different from WordPress?

WordPress is a fair choice when you want a plugin for everything and someone on hand to update it. We build static pages instead: fewer moving parts, less to patch, and a site that stays fast because it isn’t carrying a theme-and-plugin stack.

You give up the giant plugin directory. You get a smaller site and a person who already knows how it was built.

Can I edit the site myself?

On the Business and Pro plans, yes — text and photos, in a simple editing screen. It is deliberately not a full website builder. New sections and layout changes come through the studio and count toward the monthly updates on your plan.

Do I own the website?

You own the content you provide: words, logos, and photos you have the rights to. While the plan is active, we host the site and keep it updated.

If you leave, you can take that content and a static copy of the site. Our internal tools stay with the studio. The service agreement, signed before work starts, is the precise version of this — not a slogan on the homepage.

How long does a site take?

A small site often reaches a first review within a couple of weeks of the consult, once we have the raw material: services, photos, and a logo if you have one. It goes live when you approve the pages. We’ll name a date on the consult instead of promising one here.

Who is this a fit for?

Independent businesses that need a credible site and don’t want to run it. Trades, salons, restaurants, clinics, law offices, and similar — mostly around Tampa Bay, since the studio is in Riverview. Distance isn’t a hard line when the work fits.

A web app, or a store with a large catalog, is a different project. Ask anyway. We’ll tell you if it sits outside the plan.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel. The service agreement states the notice period. We hand over your content and a static copy of the site. The words don’t stay behind as leverage.
